Friendship

Lost and confused. With everything bottled up. Walls surrounding our feelings and our hearts. Meet once, shy, but laughter finds its way in. Second time, more laughter and drop a few bricks. Days pass, more bricks come tumbling down. Both nervous for their bricks have never dropped this fast. But somewhere deep inside them, they let it happen. Amazing to finally be able to let those walls down for another. To let another climb through the walls, is an unfamiliar feeling. Yet neither holds back. Slowly, the walls become smaller and smaller, and both revealed. Opening up to another has never come so easily, no more pre cautions to worry about. Trust has found its way in.
